Important Information
Linen & Towels: Linen is provided in both properties. Please bring your own towels for bathing and swimming.
Cots & Highchairs: Cots, travel cots and highchairs are not available. Guests are welcome to bring their own.
Facility Passes: Holiday park facility passes are not included in the booking price. Passes can be purchased at Reception. Please contact us for current pricing.
Pets: Pets are welcome at a fee of £50 per pet per stay. Please email us at admin@suffolkholidayrentals.co.uk to confirm before booking. Any damages caused by pets must be paid for.
Lost Keys: A charge of £25 will be applied for any lost or unreturned keys.
Laundrette: An on-site laundrette is available for guest use.
Vehicle Policy: The site does not accept sign-written vans.
Cashless Site: Please note that the holiday park operates a cashless system.
Smoking: All our properties are non-smoking.
