How to Book Your Suffolk Holiday
Booking your perfect coastal retreat is easy! Follow these simple steps to secure your stay at one of our beautiful Suffolk Properties.
Booking Process
- Browse Our Properties - View our available properties and choose the one that suits your needs
- Check Availability - Select your preferred dates using the calendar on each property page
- Complete Your Booking - Add your chosen dates to your cart and proceed to checkout
- Receive Confirmation - You'll receive a booking confirmation email with all the details
Stay Options
We offer flexible nightly bookings to suit your schedule. Choose your own arrival and departure dates with a minimum stay of 2 nights.

Holiday Park Facility Passes
Holiday park facility passes are not included in the booking price. Passes can be purchased at Reception on arrival. Prices are as follows:

Please note that passes are non-refundable and prices are fixed. Passes grant access to the swimming pool, evening entertainment, and entry to the clubhouse including the bar and restaurant. Participation in scheduled activities is also included, however some activities may incur an additional fee.

Full arrival instructions will be sent to you prior to your stay.
Payment Terms
A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining 80% balance due 4 weeks before your arrival date. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal.
Cancellation Policy
- 4 weeks or under before arrival: 100% cancellation fee - no refund will be given
- More than 4 weeks before arrival: Loss of 20% deposit only - the remaining balance will be refunded
All cancellation requests must be made in writing to admin@suffolkholidayrentals.co.uk.
Damages Policy
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay beyond normal wear and tear. Normal wear and tear is not chargeable. Any damage must be reported to us immediately. We will assess the damage after check-out and provide photographic evidence and repair or replacement costs. Guests will be invoiced for any damage and payment is expected within 14 days.
Property Rules
- Pets are welcome at £50 per pet per stay. Please email us at admin@suffolkholidayrentals.co.uk to confirm before booking.
- No smoking inside the property
- Lost or unreturned keys carry a £25 charge
