Booking & Payments

How do I book?

Simply browse our properties, select your preferred dates, and complete the booking through our website. You'll receive a confirmation email with all the details.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal.

When is payment due?

A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining 80% balance due 4 weeks before your arrival date.

What are the available stay options?

We offer flexible nightly bookings to suit your schedule. Simply choose your own arrival and departure dates with a minimum stay of 2 nights.

Can I amend my booking?

Yes, amendments to your booking can be made subject to availability. Please note that amendments carry a fee of £25. To request an amendment, please email us at admin@suffolkholidayrentals.co.uk.

Cancellations & Refunds

What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• 4 weeks or under before arrival: 100% cancellation fee - no refund will be given
• More than 4 weeks before arrival: Loss of 20% deposit only - the remaining balance will be refunded

All cancellation requests must be made in writing to admin@suffolkholidayrentals.co.uk.

Damages

What is your damages policy?

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay beyond normal wear and tear. Normal wear and tear is not chargeable. Any damage must be reported to us immediately. We will assess the damage after check-out and provide photographic evidence and repair or replacement costs. Guests will be invoiced for any damage and payment is expected within 14 days.

Check-In & Check-Out

What time is check-in?

Check-in is from 3:00 PM.

What time is check-out?

Check-out is by 11:00 AM.

Will I receive arrival instructions?

Yes, full arrival instructions including directions, parking information, and check-in procedures will be sent to you prior to your stay.

Property Information

What's included?

Our Lodge and Villa both include a fully equipped kitchen, fresh bed linen, WiFi, TV, heating, and outdoor space. Please see our Amenities & Features page for full details.

Do I need to bring towels?

Yes, please bring your own towels for bathing and swimming.

Are cots, travel cots or highchairs available?

No, we do not provide cots, travel cots or highchairs. Guests are welcome to bring their own.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, pets are welcome at a fee of £50 per pet per stay. Please email us at admin@suffolkholidayrentals.co.uk to confirm before booking. Please note that any damages caused by pets will need to be paid for.

Is smoking allowed?

No, our Lodge and Villa are strictly non-smoking.

What happens if I lose my keys?

A charge of £25 will be applied for any lost or unreturned keys.

Holiday Park Facilities

What facilities are available on the holiday park?

The park offers a swimming pool (sessions need to be booked), climbing wall, crazy golf, arcade, shop, kids entertainment, evening entertainment, and a restaurant and bar with pool table and dart board.

Are facility passes included in the booking price?

No, holiday park facility passes are not included in the booking price. Passes can be purchased at Reception on arrival. Prices are as follows:

Please note that passes are non-refundable and prices are fixed. Passes grant access to the swimming pool, evening entertainment, and entry to the clubhouse including the bar and restaurant. Participation in scheduled activities is also included, however some activities may incur an additional fee.

Is the holiday park cashless?

Yes, the holiday park operates a cashless system.
